Yes. Vendor Payments powered by MineralTree gives real-time visibility for every payment within your Sage Intacct workflow. You can see when a payment request is created, approved, funded, or completed, along with details for any issues needing attention.

What is the timing for payments?

Virtual cards typically fund within 24 hours, ACH lands in 3-4 business days, and checks are sent first class mail via USPS and generally received under a week.

How long does it take to get up and running with Vendor Payments? 

Most customers go live in about 4 weeks, with some ready in as little as 2 weeks.  A dedicated implementation manager from MineralTree is assigned to you and guides documentation, verification, and your first payment run.

Because Vendor Payments is embedded in Sage Intacct, there are no IT projects or complex integrations. Your finance team completes a guided onboarding workflow and final training sessionbefore going live. After go‑live, the implementation team stays with you through early adoption, helping you set goals for your first 30 days, and supporting you as you ramp up payment volume.

What are the vendor fees for virtual card payments? 

Vendors pay no fees to receive virtual card payments through Vendor Payments beyond any existing agreements they have in place with the merchant provider. Unlike many AP automation providers, MineralTree’s virtual card program doesn’t charge vendors to accept card payments, making adoption easier and helping you move more spend to faster, digital payments with rich remittance.

You also earn rebates on virtual card spend, typically paid out annually via ACH, which often offset or exceed your platform cost. This combination of zero vendor fees and customer rebates turns virtual cards into a win for both you and your vendors.

How are out-of-network suppliers contacted to accept virtual card payments?

You set the tone with a quick warm introduction to your vendor, just enough to signal that the change is coming from you. From there, MineralTree’s payment optimization team takes over the heavy lifting, running coordinated email and phone programs to confirm acceptance and enroll eligible suppliers for virtual card payments.

We never switch a vendor’s payment method without your approval. By managing the back‑and‑forth, your AP team avoids chasing vendors, helping speed up adoption and payments while protecting vendor relationships.
