Nick Rand

Nick Rand is the Senior Director of Implementation, Solutions Engineering, and Payment Operations at MineralTree. Over his decade-long tenure, Nick has played a pivotal role in shaping how the company delivers and scales customer value, leading teams that bridge the gap between technology, payments, and client success.

Nick has guided MineralTree through multiple phases of growth and transformation, from its early expansion in the AP automation market to its acquisition by Global Payments in 2021. He now oversees a broad portfolio including Implementation, Solutions Engineering, and Payment Operations, driving alignment between product capabilities and customer outcomes. A veteran of the U.S. Air Force, Nick brings a disciplined, collaborative leadership style that emphasizes accountability, process excellence, and innovation.

Outside of work, Nick enjoys being outdoors with his wife and son, exploring New England’s trails and small towns, and making the most of their time together at their neighborhood beach. As a former chef he also loves cooking farm-fresh meals for his family.
