Helga Diaz

Helga Diaz is a Senior Product Manager at MineralTree and leads the development of their Payments solutions. Based in Austin, Texas, her professional approach is guided by principles of Design Thinking and Human-Centered Service Design. 

Her  professional experience is characterized by ascending product leadership roles across major FinTech players, spending nine years at Netspend before moving to Global Payments. Her tenure at Netspend culminated as Director of Product Management | Card Programs, where she led the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for consumer product lines, including prepaid debit and mobile payments. In this capacity, she also successfully managed a team of Product Managers and drove deal closures by engaging with Fortune 500 partners. Currently, as a Senior Product Manager, Embedded Payments at Global Payments, she is responsible for defining and executing the product strategy for a B2B payments platform. This role requires deep expertise in API Management and using data-driven insights to continuously improve product offerings and track key metrics like API usage and transaction volumes.
