Senior Marketing Manager, Demand Generation

We’re looking for a Senior Manager of Demand Generation to join our growing marketing team. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker, loves to strategize and execute programs that drive leads into the top of the funnel. Responsibilities

  • Establish plan (and budget) for inbound and outbound marketing programs to achieve engaged lead, meeting, opportunity and closed/won targets for direct and bank channels
  • Own strategy and execution of all aspects of our digital programs, such as, paid search, display, SEO, sponsored ads, content syndication, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc…
  • Constantly look for new ways or vendors that will help fill the top of the funnel
  • Collaborate with Content Marketing Manager to create assets to be used at various stages of our prospect journey. Examples include, whitepapers, blog posts, nurture campaigns, direct mail campaigns, webinar content, infographics, case studies, competitive analysis, etc
  • Manage our website (wordpress) to optimize conversion
  • Develop creative briefs that enable our designers to accurately and succinctly capture the purpose, audience, message, and feel of new creative for various programs
  • Ensure our database is accurate and increases at a pace that supports our growth targets
  • Develop strong relationships with internal teams and external partners

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a demand generation type role

Principal Software Engineer (Front-End)

MineralTree provides the easiest to use Accounts Payable (AP) and Payment Automation solutions for finance professionals at growing organizations. MineralTree is searching for a passionate Front-End Principal Software Engineer who will be responsible for design and development of enhancements to the MineralTree product. In this role, you will define product requirements and creates high-level architectural specifications while ensuring feasibility, functionality, and integration with existing systems and platforms. You will be a Technical Lead for a team of developers in both India and Cambridge who will be implementing new and exciting functionality. This role will report to the VP of Engineering. Responsibilities

  • Lead the breakthrough and innovation for solving real-world software problems while identifying and defining key technologies for software development at MineralTree
  • Participate in the development of a strategic vision for making the MineralTree Operations team a world class organization
  • Provide consultation on complex projects as the lead contributor and specialist for your designated team of Engineers and QA
  • Responsible for software architecture design and development for MineralTree’s financial products and platforms

Qualifications:

  • Experience with building frontend browser based interfaces

Payment Operations Specialist

In this newly created role we are searching for a Payment Operations Specialist who will be responsible for managing the success of daily payment transactions through Mineraltree.  This role will monitor the payment files and maintain the success of payments made via ACH, Virtual Card, Check, and other payment methods.  This role will report to the Card Program Manager and will also support initiatives in growing and managing the success of Mineraltree’s virtual card program, Silverpay.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the success of all transactions made via multiple payment channels.
  • Daily review and coordination with Mineraltree’s Engineering team to research any file requirements, questions or issues and resolve payment stalls, failures or other issues.
  • Customer on-boarding for ACH and virtual card with Mineraltree’s payment partners.
  • Manage and utilize third party payment systems where necessary.
  • Assistance with Silverpay Virtual Card program, including but not limited to – Vendor/Supplier match and enrollment, customer on-boarding, business development, general maintenance and administration.
  • Review of payment reporting and developing metrics around payment success/failures, maintain log of issues and resolutions.
  • Respond to Customer Service inquiries about specific transactions, and work with payment providers and customers to resolve issues.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Intermediate excel skills
  • Highly customer service oriented
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Self starter that can review issues daily and take steps to identify issues, ask questions, determine answers and take steps towards resolution

  • Responsible for preparing monthly customer and partner invoicing and collections
  • Post cash receipts to A/R accounts
  • Calculate and manage revenue recognition and deferred revenue in accordance with GAAP rev rec requirements

Responsibilities

  • Using MineralTree’s Invoice-to-Pay application, manage Accounts Payable (AP) including entering invoices, routing invoices for approval, posting to G/L accounts, reconciling accounts
  • Entering, reconciling and researching AMEX corporate card transactions
  • Creating allocation entries for company and office expenses
  • Audit travel and expense reports for policy compliance and employee reimbursements
  • Preparing ad hoc reports and analysis as needed
  • Help to implement internal controls, streamlining accounting processes and creating best practices across the organization
  • Month end close, reconcile G/L accounts to detailed analysis such as prepaid expenses, fixed assets, security deposits and accrued expenses

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical support issues for MineralTree’s customers and bank partners

Qualifications:

Account Executive

Opportunity Overview

With a growing client list of business clients in the middle market and we’re looking to add an inside sales Account Executive to our organization to handle the demand. If you are passionate about working in sales and driving customer success, you should give us a call.
