Enable The Newest MineralTree Features

By: Phoebe Caldwell, Senior Product Manager

We are always gathering feedback from our customers to improve functionality and release new features that better serve their needs. As a result, we have released several new features that we are excited to share with all of you!

  • One-way document syncing from MineralTree to NetSuite and Intacct. Customers now have the option to sync documents  from MineralTree to NetSuite or Intacct, ensuring that your accounting system remains your system of record.
  • Choose whether or not Accounting Managers receive automatic notifications. You can now enable or disable the automatic notifications that are sent to Accounting Managers when vendors or other non-users email documents to your MineralTree account.
  • Decide whether automatic invoice approval requests are sent to Invoice Approvers when they are the original sender. You now have the option to enable or disable the automatic invoice approval requests that are sent to Invoice Approvers when they are the original senders of documents.
  • Payment sequence numbers are now available in MineralTree for ACH and check payments, enabling easier comparison of data between MineralTree and the accounting system.

If you are a current customer and would like to enable
the above new features,
please email MTSupport@mineraltree.com.
